Flagship Earth Day Spring Clean: Bristol City

Join the Trash Free Trails gang and the team from Trek for an Earth Day Spring Clean around Bristol city!

Help us mark Earth Day 2024 with this epic Spring Clean up of the Ashton Court area of town! We haven't been back to this area of Bristol since 2022, and can't wait to see what we find!

We're proud to be partnered with The North Face on this event as part of the Sign Up To Clean Up campaign. Conversations can be complex, but sometimes the solutions are simple. Alongside organisations across Europe we'll be banding together to remove heaps of Single-Use Pollution from our trails. We're thrilled runner and The North Face Explorer Elise Downing will be joining our Bristol event for the ride!

Breakdown of the day

We'll be meeting at the Trek Store in town at 11:00 for a lesiurely start and free coffee before riding out to the Ashton Court area for a clean up and trash survey. We'll finish up with some drinks at a local pub on us!

Don't have a bike but want to join? Our local TFT Community Hub Pedal Progression are offering discount on bike hires for the day. We'll be emailing attendees with more info closer to the time.

Fancy joining on foot? Meet us in the Ashton Court estate at 12:30 for the trail clean! We'll release a specific location to attendees closer to the time!

There will be North Face Prizes for the weirdest and most wonderful trail clean finds, as well as some free rewards for taking part!

What To Bring

Please come prepared for a ride out; you need to bring your own bike and riding kit. We recommend bringing your own water and snacks to keep you energised throughout the day!
